1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup blackberry and black currant preserve
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Bake,
rotating half-way through, until fully cooked, 30 minutes.
Remove wings from oven and transfer to a large bowl.

medium-low heat until warm. (You can add more or less of hoisin sauce or jam to taste)
Drizzle
wings with sauce, tossing until well coated, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!!
Mario and I have made these two times now. The first time we made them I was in a rush, starving and had no idea how to photograph wings.... So Mario told me that we could make them again so we did and we had fun putting this photo shoot together :)
