Cucumber Strawberry Salad with Honey and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients:

1 pint strawberries, sliced 
1 large cucumbers sliced in circles 
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 1/2  tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar dressing

Directions:

Wash and slice cucumber into circles (slice again if you would like)

Wash and cut strawberries into circles as well and arrange in a bowl. 

Mix honey and Balsamic Vinegar dressing together adding more or less depending on your taste 

Drizzle over your salad and enjoy! 

This salad is amazing! Its been so hot and muggy here in Portland its been hard to turn the oven or stove on to add to the heat so this is a great salad to eat when it gets hot!
